• Meet with Tournament Committee to organize, analyze, budget, and coordinate responsibilities.
• Coordinate all golf course events with host club.
• Meet with club manager or pro to establish timing of events, placement of signs, and usage of facilities.
• Provide all on-course signage and prizes.
• Arrange for logo tee prizes, gifts and awards.
• Develop playing format, rules and communicate to golfers.
• Prepare pairing sheet, organize registration.
• Supervise volunteers.
• Organize awards ceremony.

Optionally:

• Provide photography services.
• Arrange for teaching clinics and video swing analysis.
• Obtain sports memorabilia from authorized companies for your auction/raffle needs.
• Provide PGA, Senior PGA, and LPGA players for your outing.
